Bio

Kevin Hudson turned his childhood love of movies into a film industry career but never suspected being a computer geek would take him around the globe.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the UCLA School of Motion Picture/Television, he created visual effects and animation for over thirty years and had the great honor of collaborating with many of his childhood idols including, Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks. As an artist working at the Walt Disney Company, Kevin developed a strong sense for telling inspiring stories and contributed to many films, including Frozen, Zootopia, and Big Hero 6.

His independent short film “Weeds” won top awards worldwide at CiCAF in China, GAFX in India, and the British Animation Festival in London. It was featured alongside the Academy Award nominees for a special theatrical release in over 450 theaters in North America.

Kevin brings his love of life, people, and places to his writing and strives with every word to make this world a better, more empathetic planet for everyone.
